No-Hassle Return Policy
To initiate a return, simply request a Return Goods Authorization Number, or RGA#, within 30 days of receipt of the product. To receive a refund, all items must have an RGA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork).
Store credit will be issued for returns that are received into our warehouse 30-90 days after receiving your order. Returns in exchange for different merchandise must be first authorized. No returns will be accepted after 90 days of receipt.
CustomMaxima.com will issue a return label if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. Items returned for reasons other than defect or our error must be returned to us with shipping pre-paid. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items returned for reasons other than exchange, defect or CustomMaxima.com's error will incur a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived in the case of defect or CustomMaxima.com's error. Items being returned for exchange will NOT be charged a restocking fee.
Most items available at CustomMaxima.com may be returned for full or partial credit. Some custom made items cannot be returned. Non-returnable products include pre-painted items and products ordered with personalization, embroidery or with optional emblems. In the case of defect or an error made by CustomMaxima.com, these items may be returned for full or partial credit, depending on the circumstances. Most CustomMaxima.com customers are extremely happy with their purchase and do not need to return product.
To request an RGA#, click HERE, complete the form and click the 'Send Email' button. We will email you an RGA# and instructions for making your return.
CustomMaxima.com will not, under any circumstance, reimburse labor charges or installation fees, or reimburse for any damages incurred during installation of product. Photographs may be required to troubleshoot fitment issues or show damage to shipping companies or the manufacturer.
As part of our service guarantee, you may return, exchange, or replace any product bought from us for any reason within 30 days! The exceptions to this would be for Personalized, Custom Painted, Non-Returnable items listed above, or Logo items.
Return guidelines and form:
1. RGA# must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION.
2. Returns after 30 days will receive store credit only. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted.
3. Please email Customer Service for a return authorization number using the form HERE. You will receive an RGA# and instructions for making your return.
4. If your order was paid for with a credit card, the same card will be credited.
5. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by Fed Ex, UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
6. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.
